Details of remedial &/or enrichment for 4H

Dear 4H,

The above table shows the names and corresponding remedial and/or enrichment classes of selected 4H pupils. I'll be printing out 2 copies for these selected pupils and parent's signature will be required on both copies. One copy is to be kept at home (preferably pasted on the wall near the study table), the other copy is to be kept in the pupil's personal file at all times, until the last day of the remedial/enrichment classes.
